Shakira Hassan

Reformer Pilates Instructor
I am a Specialist Women's Health Physio and having previously worked in the NHS, I now work privately helping clients with both musculoskeletal and pelvic health complaints. This includes pain, sexual dysfunction, SUI, OAB, prolapse, pre and postnatal women, diastasis, menopausal women, musculoskeletal pain.
I am a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor and have a passion for Pilates and Rehab. I teach Matwork, Reformer and Equipment Pilates classes and offer 1:1 and duo sessions. I first started teaching Pilates in 2011 when I underwent training with The Australian Physio & Pilates Institution (APPI) and subsequently worked in a private physio pilates clinics in Wimbledon and Surrey. I then studied pre & postnatal pilates with APPI and feel Pilates has been a key aspect of my physio and fitness career.
I graduated from St George’s University of London in 2009 with a BSC Hons in Physiotherapy. I am fully acupuncture trained by the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). I’m a member of the Chartered Physiotherapy Society and HCPC registered.
I have extensive experience in rehabilitation and understand how important it is for women of all abilities to be able to continue with their everyday activities, hobbies and/or professional sporting commitments. I am a true believer that pelvic health should be accessible to every woman at all stages of their life and feel this area of physiotherapy is my passion. I want to spread this message far and wide and empower other women to achieve a better standard of health and quality of life by delivering evidence based, individualised, high quality care.
Rhiannon Davey
Specialist Women's Health & MSk Physio
Reformer Pilates Instructor
Rhiannon is a Chartered Physiotherapist working in the NHS and the private sector. She has over 13 years of experience supporting people with a variety of conditions. She is passionate about supporting women to live well through their lifespan; from adolescence through the perinatal years, menopause and beyond.
Having completed her BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2011, she is now completing a PG Cert in Women’s Health (Sport and Exercise).
She is also a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor having completed her training through the Australian Physio and Pilates Institution (APPI). She has been teaching Pilates classes and 1:1 for over 8 years and is qualified in Ante/Postnatal Pilates. She loves the energy that the Mind-Body connection of Pilates can create and also finds it beneficial for managing patients through their rehabilitation journey.
Rhiannon has a special interest in the Peri/Menopause and is a qualified Menopause Movement coach, she uses her knowledge and experience to empower women thrive through this period.
Rhiannon is a mother to 3 young children and when time allows enjoys strength training, running and Pilates to maintain her physical and mental health.
Amy Harding
Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist &
Reformer & Equipment Pilates Instructor
Amy is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience in both NHS and private practice. After qualifying from Cardiff University in 2007, she worked across various NHS departments before moving to New Zealand in 2013. There, she specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Pilates rehabilitation, earning qualifications in both mat and equipment Pilates teaching.
Upon returning to the UK in 2017, Amy worked in a private clinic in London as a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, before relocating back to Wales in 2019.
Amy has experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, offering personalised treatments designed to restore function and reduce pain.
Amy is passionate about teaching Pilates for any ability. With experience working with clients from various backgrounds, she tailors sessions to improve strength, mobility, and well-being. Amy is also qualified in antenatal and postnatal Pilates, adapting classes for all fitness levels.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys being active with Pilates, running, gym workouts, and walking her dog.
Hannah Morgan
Highly Specialist Paediatric Respiratory (CF) Physiotherapist & Reformer Pilates Instructor
Hannah is a Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI certified Pilates Instructor. She has been teaching pilates for over 10 years and has completed training in Ante & Postnatal Pilates, Pilates for Children and Pilates for Cyclists and Runners.

As a child, Hannah spent a lot of her time swimming, representing her county and region, and was first introduced to Pilates as part of her land training. She was drawn to improving movement and function and has been able to use Pilates techniques to help hundreds of people achieve their movement goals, as well as in her own recent rehabilitation after knee surgery.

Hannah is passionate about the role of sport and exercise in treatment and management of chronic medical conditions and a big believer that movement is medicine.
Cece Tjitemisa
Pelvic health physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor in training.
Cece has over 10 years of experience in Health & Fitness and she earned her Physiotherapy degree from Bristol University in 2023. After becoming a mother that same year, she developed a deeper passion for women's health, especially during the postpartum period. She is an online fitness coach and personal trainer and she focus' on helping women, particularly new mothers to achieve their health and fitness goals with personalised support.

She is currently on maternity leave and enjoying being a mum of two!
Ruthie Barsby
Reformer Pilates Instructor
Ruthie’s path to Pilates has been varied and broad, beginning her movement training when studying Musical Theatre for four years at The BRIT School. From there she went on to study History at the University of Exeter before building her career in brand marketing.
A diagnosis of endometriosis in 2023 led Ruthie to her Pilates training as a form of movement that allowed her to connect and respect the boundaries of her body. Now, she is a qualified Pilates instructor and a passionate women’s health advocate who is currently training as a support group leader with Endometriosis UK.
Ruthie’s classes aim to meet you where you’re at on any given day through carefully curated sequences and a welcoming environment. She loves to use music and flow to create a fun practice that leaves you feeling energised and free.
